Hiser lives with his family on Martha's Vineyard.


He works in traditional black & white film and prints in the darkroom -- these days from rollfilm or 4x5 negatives.


His landscapes have appeared in The Vineyard Gazette; and a number of local painters depend on his copy skills for their limited edition prints.

He teaches the darkroom class, "Holga Heaven," at Featherstone Center for the Arts.
